My experience at Walt Massey GMC Lucedale was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. We walked in the door and was greeted by no one. As I look around the large room, the office to the right has at least 8 employees standing in there chatting, they look at us and continue. The only person to address us was the service manager, he's not even a sales person. He helped find the keys to the vehicle we were interested in driving. We return with vehicle not liking it, go into the dealership and once again no one helps us. I walk into the office hand them the keys and ask where the used cars are located, a couple guys point towards the Dodge dealership and say between these 2 buildings. We walk around looking and the only person to ask if we need assistance is a service employee from the Dodge dealership. At that point you couldn't give me a vehicle from there and me drive it. The dismissiveness and unprofessionalism that was shown that day, makes me wonder how they are still in business. Little did they know, I had ten thousand dollars cash for a down payment and I needed to buy a truck that day for my son.
