Miss the level of customer service from the Service Department when Gus. Arly or Mike were still there. Every single time attempt to get oiled changed - can’t due to too late in the day…at 9am!!! Unable to make appointments to have completed. Frank - no follow up or return phone calls. And it appears all staff have to have his approval for providing customer service satisfaction. I attempted to have a conservation with Frank on an issue that the Service person wasn’t able to provide - was told they can’t help me that I would need to speak with him. Needless to say, Frank was rude, reprimanded me for asking best resolution to my vehicle issue, and was hollered at. I used to be a big supporter of Stillwater Motors, but no more. DJ do something. Your family business is suffering with how poorly the Service Department is managed. I can only imagine what your past legacy service management would say….

Had them replace a blower motor when it went out a few years ago, then the blower motor went out again recently and when they looked at it turns out it was damaged when they previously installed it and had visible tool marks on it. Despite them being the only shop to work on that area of the car they were unwilling to fix or replace the part in which they damaged. On top of that the service advisor Travis was very rude and unprofessional, tried talking to service manager frank and I was threatened and yelled at, then general manager Mike was polite but unwilling to help in any way. I recommend going to a different dealer as they have horrible customer service, and they do poor work in which they do not stand behind. Update 1/19/23: After filing report with BBB they responded to the BBB with many false claims and straight up lies. I highly recommend you go elsewhere to get your car repaired or to buy a car, as they are very unprofessional and will lie to the BBB and others as a way to not take responsibility. Why go to a company that tells lies to you, you will never know if they are telling the truth about a repair or a car that you are looking to buy.

Lisa Webb (sales) help me get exactly what I wanted in a car so far as to ordering it, where some places just said that they didn't have it and would call me if something came in. Good company. Shop and lobby super clean and welcoming.
