Every time I come to this dealership I leave frustrated.
Every time I come to this dealership I leave frustrated. The last time I had an appointment at 11 am for an oil change. At 2 pm I texted the service rep to get an update. After no response at 2:45 I called. She informed me that because I dropped off and left I went to the back of the line and they hadn’t done the oil change yet. I had to find someone at the last minute to pickup my daughter from school. What was the point of the an appointment?

I had a screw in my tire.
I had a screw in my tire. It was leaking air. Although I did not have an a service appointment the dealership was able to fit me in in a timely manner to do the flat repair. I have had wonderful service here!
