I was just dealing with a sales associate buy the name of
I was just dealing with a sales associate buy the name of Brandon Tucker on a 2022 sierra 1500 elevation. The price tags on this vehicle is 44k. The car fax report and what he told me did not match up. Car fax was saying that there was damage all around the vehicle, Brandon was saying it was only the fender and hood. After further investigation on the car fax report the vehicle has Ben parked for 2 years with no service records. My thoughts are the guys who traded it in sat on it to pay it down not to loose money and dumped it on this dealership. As having experience in auto body I have great concerns on the safety of this truck. I asked for records of the body shop so I could get pictures and easy my questions on this vehicle. Brandon was unable to come up with the records or pictures. He did talk to the sales person who took the truck in on trade and said it was light cosmetic damage, car fax reported moderate damage on the truck. My major red flag was that they said it hit a guard rail in a tight corner, how is that explaining the roof damage that car fax is reporting. Be carful on what you buy from this dealership I have a Erie feeling that this truck was rolled over. With out pictures to confirm this I have no idea if thats the case but that is what I was trying to rule out.

On this specific truck, there was moderate damage reported to CarFax. As the repair was not completed at our facility, we do not have the history or documentation of the repair. The vehicle does qualify for a CarFax Buyback Guarantee to provide additional piece of mind. We did have our team inspect the vehicle and found it to be in working order with no safety concerns. As with all our pre-owned inventory, we are happy to provide a copy of the detailed inspection report along with pictures and videos of the current condition. If this is the right vehicle for you, our suggestion is that you take a look in person (this is a gorgeous truck). Little disappointed with how things went.
Little disappointed with how things went. Made the appointment on Monday or Tuesday for Friday. Got there on Friday and the parts were not there. Why wasn?t I notified? Rescheduled for Saturday and went back on Saturday. Was told it would take maybe four or five hours for the work to be done when the day before was told it would be a couple. Got a shuttle ride back to my residence as I couldn?t be gone that long(I am a caregiver). Got a call a couple of hours later saying the work was done. Was pleasantly surprised about that. I just wish everybody was on the same page
