If I could give more stars I would because kaitlin at Joe lunghammer Chevrolet is definitely a 10! She was the most professional car sales person I have ever delt with she has more integrity in her pinky finger than most entire other dealerships have in there entire staff. She was kind understanding and worked harder than any dealer I'd ever met. she shuffled a 3 state deal with my credit union, I was in Milwaukee she was in Michigan as my wife and the bank were in Ohio I bought the car sight unseen I took her word for everything and the car was even better than she,the pictures and video described. She arranged the delivery to my wife in Ohio and even the gentleman that delivered it was an excellent human being. This dealership definitely stands out among the rest. if you're not a customer you should be take my word and become one, I'm positive you will be an extremely satisfied customer. Thank you again to everyone that worked so hard to give my wife a great car and happy tears, I'll definitely never shop anywhere else.

This is my second car that I have purchased from Waterford Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet in less than a year Bruce is the best kept me informed on everything because I had put deposits on both as an order on my Trail Blazer Ss and my Silverado came in pretty quick unlike other dealerships. Also Bruce the salesman had the car delivered to me the best service I ever had

I purchased a used car in November . The car was faulty. We asked the sales man if the car had been checked over. He said yes. Within two weeks, the car cost me 4000. The salesman out right lied to us. The car was unsafe to drive. He told us they replaced some hoses, but they didn’t have to. Very unprofessional. Called the head person over the dealership. He was very rude to me. He didn’t even bother to return my call. I would never buy a car from this dealership. The salesman was a crook and a liar.
