My advisor was good, but someone went into my glove box
My advisor was good, but someone went into my glove box (I don't know why) & left a bunch of stuff all over the passenger floor. Someone that moved my car also ripped the straps on my seat warmer that I have attached to my driver's seat. No one said a word to me about any of it. Service seems to have been compromised since the dealership now has the advisors doing everything.

Brad was great with working out a deal for the new Terrain. Very responsive via texts and phone calls and was able to provide the information effectively. Also when I noticed issues (scratches) on the rear fascia prior to signing paperwork, he swiftly took it to the bodyshop and had it buffed out to my satisfaction.
