Went in to just look around with no intention to buy that
Went in to just look around with no intention to buy that day. Drove out three hours later with our new car. Very friendly and efficient.

A good experience.
A good experience. Service manager, Rex, was awesome as usual. So far so good on the repair. Replaced the motor earlier and now the turbo, all under warranty, thank goodness

Not even one star.
Not even one star. Would not recommended the Lowell location to anyone! Especially if your a women without alot of car knowledge. Although the young salesman was very polite he was obviously needed more training before doing sales on his own. After asking many questions about the 2014 equinox he and the manager assured me it was a very reliable car, should last several more miles all inspections showed no issues etc. etc. I paid cash (because he would only finance if I bought a more expensive car.) Then when the sale was finished I was informed that although they said they would transfer everything, they could not get hold of my Ins. Company so the plate was transfered but had no ins.? I asked if they could leave their Ins on it until the next business day so I could drive it only to get a firm nope. Oh and Im quite sure the rude manager who said the issues were in part because the young salesman needed more training knew the motor in this car is one of the worst. Being recently widowed on a fixed income and cant trust nobody.
