Absolutely the BEST dealership we've ever been to! John in the service department went above and beyond to fix our car. He was so professional and told us, in detail, the repairs needed. It had MAJOR repairs and was all fixed within a one week time period and for a reasonable price. We will drive the half hour anytime in the future to go to this dealership!

It was by far the best experience of purchasing an automobile I’ve ever had. Very courteous and helpful. I actually went to GMC dealers in Va. and NC and they couldn’t help me get the SUV I wanted. Went to Cars.com and submitted 3 notice of interest to 3 different dealers and Zeigler responded within 5 minutes. No haggling and gave me a more than fair quote. Everything went smooth and finally heard from other dealers an hour or two later. Really appreciate the professionalism. Love my truck and it was delivered today! Thank you for all your help.

Service department does not answer the phone or return
Service department does not answer the phone or return messages. Left a message the night my car broke down, didn’t return the call. Called back 2 days later and left a second message after nobody answered. Still didn’t return the call. Finally got through to service 3 days after that and they gave me the wrong answer to my question. Called back today and they did not answer the phone again. Had to call the sales department and then the overall service manager to finally be able to talk to someone and be told they couldn’t help me with my problem and left me to foot the repair bill. More upset about the lack of response and lack of communication than the repair bill.

HI Ben, As soon as I read your review I contacted our Service Director. I was told that you are in Alabama currently and our records show we haven't seen your 2003 Envoy in over 2 years. Were you trying to get a part that was installed by Jiffy Lube covered under GMC warranty? If so, I apologize because our hands are tied due to the guidelines we have to follow per the OEM.
