Unfortunately, since you did not include a last name, specific vehicle of interest, or inquiry method on your review, we had very limited information to work with. We were unable to locate any online inquiries under the name of Bruce from Cars.com. The only inquiry we were able to locate that may have been yours was submitted to us with only the initials B.H. and an email address. We did attempt to email several times before we were blocked by the owner of the email account. Since there was no phone number on record, we were unable to call or text in order to offer assistance. Our online inquiries flow through a singular Customer Care Representative and are answered within 15 minutes of receipt during business hours, or promptly the next business day if they are received after hours. If you inquired via phone it is possible that a voicemail was missed. However, with only a first name and no contact information on your review, we were unable to look into phone analytics.
