Shea Buick GMC

We live out of town and had found a specific Silverado online that we wanted to potentially buy from Shea Buick. I was emailing with a Randy and he took so long in between each email to reply even after I said we were looking to buy that day and would make the trip in if the price was right. I had asked him several questions that were not answered including if they could match other lender’s rates and for a quote for the truck including taxes and fees. It was like pulling teeth to get any answers and I even asked if I could please speak to someone else who could better answer my questions, however, he would not refer me to anyone else. This specific truck had been sitting on the lot from September to January with several price decreases and he acted like he didn’t want to sell the car. I asked if there was any wiggle room in the price such as with the taxes and fees, but he would not make any type of deal. I would highly recommend not going with this dealership and it was a horrible experience and waste of time.
