This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a dealership/service center. First the service center had my car for 3 months because they cashed the check from my insurance company but quoted me an additional $3400 on top of my deductible. Then no one ever reached out and told me about the additional funds. The horrible manager of the loaner dept., Katelynn was a nightmare. First she lied to me and told me my vehicle was ready. When it was not. Which prompted me to call the service center. It wasn?t then until I found out my car hadn?t even been touched after sitting at the dealership for 2 months. After a long drawn out battle between them and my insurance company they finally fixed my car under the proce which was initially agreed upon. Then after them having my car for 3 months they tried telling me I needed a new battery which would be $450!!! They must be crazy. Not to mention I?m younger woman trying to get this done on my own. They tried to take advantage of me from beginning to end. I refused the new battery and haven?t had any issues with the battery. They also refused to give me my vehicle unless I left an additional $500 deposit for a tiny scratch next to the door handle that didn?t even chip away the first layer of paint. This place is a scam and they should be ashamed of the work they do!!! I will never return to this place and urge any women not to go here without a man! Because they do not respect women. And from that $500 deposit the repairs were $180 which took them almost a month to refund my money!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
