My car was brought in for service over 2 months ago, the
My car was brought in for service over 2 months ago, the dealership has no idea what is wrong with it, I have been waiting on a technician from corporate for over a month and each time they are sent to another location. I call the service manager Jesse who is offering nothing but “we don’t build the cars”! Luckily Roxann is there and has been working to help me. I was told my car would be completed in Nov here we are Dec 3 with no estimated date of completion.
