Dropped off my car at 8am for oil change and brake inspection. I called at 12:30 it still hadn’t been looked at. I was told it would be in within the hour. I called back at 4:30 it was in the shop! When I inquired to the oil being changed yet, I was told “I don’t know“. Obviously it’s now 430 and you close at six. I’m wondering if somethings wrong with my brakes how they going to be fixed by 6 o’clock. Come to find out I did need front brakes and rotors. But I was told I had to pay $600 upfront. Let me give you some advice when you have an upset customer don’t compound the problem by telling them they need to pay $600 upfront for a part that’s only approximately $300. Why am I paying for labor upfront? You’re a dealership! That makes no sense. Especially after you hijacked my car for the entire day. I guess $300 is worth losing a customer. Never got an apology or anything else. I sold cars and was a manager for over a decade!! I picked up my car at ten of six. So it took 10 hours to Change my oil and check my brakes. Which basically is 10 hours to service the car, because if I check I believe if you get your car serviced you do check the brakes. So again I ask why am I dropping it off at 8 AM. I actually dropped off a little early. It was like 7:10 AM. But my appointment was at eight. So I brought the car someplace else. Change my oil and check my brakes. Let me say it Was not about the money. I would’ve paid upfront for the part! Not the whole bill. It was how I was treated and the timing of being told I had to pay $600 for brakes upfront!!!

I booth my truck 2500 Silverado at Colonial South Chevrolet , with I had a wonderful experience with hall transaction but the best of hall was to work with the sales person Mr. Tony Lima . He did everything great and he was very pleasant .I will recommend my family and friends to this dealer .
