This place was a waste of time got me 2hours away after knowing all my information said I can trade my car in for another I told him everything over the phone I have the messages to prove it being tho they knew all my information and decided to run my credit already knowing I was not leaving with a car cause they said my car was to old when I told the year of the car before even coming all this way. To top it off they said my car was worth 200 dollars when there website says it was worth more and they had me bring in all my receipts the title the registration and my license just not to help me a complete waste of time

Talk about worst service. I’m getting lawyers involved. I bought a 2017 gmc acadia slt March 1st and instantly had problems with it so i told them about it a day or two after having it. I could only get it back to them the next week. There are two electrical parts that need to be replaced and they wanted me to pay almost $2000 for it. I expressed I JUST bought the car and shouldn’t be responsible for this and i can’t afford this. My sales Rep Farid was not helpful at all and didn’t care. He hardly looked at me. He kept telling me to go to service and service kept telling me to go back to sales. i’m 22 years old i don’t make that much money and i had to take out a loan for the car to begin with. They instead did “updates and they all said they couldn’t find the problems and that they fixed it. fast forward two weeks I drove to work fine and go back for lunch, the ENTIRE system started glitching. anything that lights it was flashing and then the car just died. at first when it wasn’t turning on my boss tried to jump the battery for me but it didn’t work and the whole car died. Each time i spoke with Farid he was completely disrespectful and dismissive. He told me to call my insurance to have it towed. He just told me what to do and pretty much said i’m on my own. He didn’t care to help me at all and hardly talked to me. no one is calling me and updating me. They have now had the car AGAIN since 4/11 it’s now 4/17 no one has an update for me. It’s just overall horrible service. i will be calling my attorney and Autonation Corporate.

Easy to schedule first oil change over the phone. Quick and streamlined service when arrived at service department. Water machine was broken in waiting room but had coffee and hot chocolate available. Kid friendly with toys, books and kid sized tables.
