They took my vehicle, never reached out and had to be contacted any time I wanted an update. Once it was there, it was there for 3 weeks and absolutely 0 maintenance was performed. I picked it up because I could not go without a vehicle for a month.

Experience was with the service center. Vincent, the rep, was great. He kept me at ease, which considering was a feat, but the maintenance department needed better oversight. I bought my car 5 times for the same issue. Thank goodness some of my parts were covered by warranty, but I had to pay multiple deductibles because the issues weren't found at one time, which isn't fair to me. Not to mention, the connectors/hoses weren't covered under warranty, which is asinine cause how else do you put the part on. Everyone had a good disposition I can't take that away, but I would've took a grump if my car would have been fixed correct the first 1 I'll give 2 times and it didn't cost me in the area of 2grand in addition to the warranty, not to mention still not sure if my car is fixed, it's a waiting game.
