Don't waste your money going there
My 2024 Buick Envista has been there for 4 weeks and still not fixed! Cynthia in the service department must have got her customer service skills out of a cracker Jack box. She is rude cuts people off on the phone doesn't care about customers customers. Why would anybody's brand new car sit over in the dealership and couldn't be fixed I am currently still waiting for it to be fixed when I went over there to check on it no one was even working on it didn't have anybody to work on it and they just kept passing it off from service tech to service tech I bought my last two vehicles from there and will never purchase anything there again don't waste your time or your money going there! Very disappointed!

Great Sales Associate
Susie Smith was my salesperson at Patriot’s Chevrolet in Hopkinsville,Ky. I have purchased several cars through Ms. Smith. I find her to be very professional, courteous, personable and polite. Helping me in my decision making with purchasing each automobile. Never pushy nor insensitive to my wants or needs. I continually recommend her to others because I find her trustworthy and great to work with. I personally admire her honesty and her sincere approach towards my needs.
