Creech Chevrolet service department is the absolute best....
Creech Chevrolet service department is the absolute best. We are from Indiana and was going to what we thought was a fun weekend at Black Mountain Off road park when our brakes went out on our truck (Not fun coming down those big mountain hills towing a side by side) We had it towed to Creech and they got it right in and fixed the brake line within a few hours and we had the truck back!!!!!! Thank you so much!!!!!!!!! I would recommend your service department for sure. The invoice says Technician 310 Great Job!

Very poor customer service!!
Gets one star because you can't give none. Wasted 2 days on this dealership on what should have taken a couple of hours. Come lunch time the lights go out and they go to lunch, doesn't matter if there's a customer waiting, even just for the paperwork and to pay them. Our truck bumper was damaged while having mechanical work done and they will not take liability. Very poor customer service and they change their story each time you talk to them. DO NOT take you're vehicle here!!! I should have paid attention to other website reviews, very poor. We were from out of town and needed it fixed. Expensive lesson learned.

Keep you waiting
I made an appointment at week ago for 10:00am and when I went to get my car serviced they said it would be one hour that was at 10:00am. We were there waiting until after 2:00pm then to add to that inconvenience the service guy told us to call them ahead a few hours next time!
