Travis McCray did a great job from the initial visit all
Travis McCray did a great job from the initial visit all the way through the final delivery. Travis was knowledgeable about the GMC vehicles and very detailed. We were frequently kept updated on the delivery status. When the Vehicle arrived Travis spent a lot of time going through the vehicle showing us how to work all the different options. We felt very comfortable driving our new GMC off the lot. thanks Travis McCray and Hatchett GMC.

By far the worst service department in the state of Kansas . If you’re looking for a dishonest and incompetent service center Hatchette Buick GMC is the place for you . They will lie , scam and rip you off, then not respond when you reach out to management . I would highly recommend taking your vehicles elsewhere
