Beyond Customer Service
On Easter Sunday morn. our GMC Silverado decided to quit in the middle of a lane of traffic in Newton, KS. We called Matt, service mgr. and he jumped on fixing us up. A tow truck showed up to tow the Silverado and give us a lift to the dealership where we were able to get a loaner. All this on Easter Sunday Morning. How do you spell Customer Service ___Matt Hensley, that's how.

Awesome Gentleman at Midway Motors of Newton, Ks.
I had an awesome experience with the dealership. The Sales Manager(Shannon),Car Salesman (Darion), and (Financial Director) Anthony went beyond to help us get this vehicle. We have been to some dealerships with the same dealership name just a different town and if we couldn't get the loan on the first try they were done. They didn't try any harder. These three gentleman went well beyond. Darion was our salesman, and he was very polite and answered every question we had. We will definitely go back to Midway Motors of Newton Ks for our next vehicle and hopefully be able to get the same salesman. Thank you, Midway Motors of Newton Ks
