Unresponsive Service Personnek

After recently purchased a Nissan Altima, I went in for a Concern I had about a wheel Rim incident which was resolved Quickly thanks to the courtesy One woman in the service dept, And another person who actually Fixed the problem. There were However two other gentlemen In service who were less than Receptive, did not speak even After I said hello, nor did they Ask may I help you. It is very Disturbing to run across these Kind of people, it puts a bitter Taste in my mouth and a damper On the company as a whole. This happened 17 Jan 2023 at Around 9:45am I deplore rudeness in people and these Gentlemen at the service desk Epitomized that attitude. The Lady in service did the total Opposite and got my problem Taken care of quickly. She Deserves recognition for doing What those two guys should Have done. I might mention they Were professional and courteous With the other customer they Had. This discretionary treatment Makes me sick to my stomach. Charles Garrett

I didnt buy the extended warranty yes that's my bad but I trusted that I was getting a quality vehicle. So far within my 30 days my truck had to go back for brakes, tie rod end and actuators in dash ( I had no air conditioning which is hard to test out in the winter) which they fixed. Although leaving my steering bolt loose when I got it back which could have led to major castropy. Hasnt even been a year and I've replaced thermostat and orings as well as spark plugs. Had transmission fluid serviced was disgusting. And to top it all off I have no compression in cylinder 8 now! I paid 28,000 for a piece of crap. I havent even owned this vehicle a year and they had it fixing things that shouldve been fixed before I bought it. I understand stuff happens but they knew the history of the vehicle they sold me. Update going through automatic carwash peels the paint off as well.

Incompetent management

Passing by customer stopped by to look and buy a motorcycle Cash that had my attention while passing by and did not go through, The Sales man Brayden Mcdowell was the best I've ever seen for perfect customer service and assistance but like in many business there's always a bad management crew leading cause of failing company's. Rob if I remember his name correctly was the manager not making it work for me to the point that it got me tired of trying to negotiate many ways after wasting more than 4 and nothing working for him and full of the same excuses over and over blaming it on the dealer owners rules. I felt uncomfortable and out of place at moments due to thinking I was getting denied my offers due to racial discriminations by this man. My question is, how can you let go of a buying customer with cash in his hands when your a dealer? it doesn't make sense to me and All I know this cant be good for business or the company's owner. How can a good sales man make a good deal business with anyone if they are constantly being overruled? seriously if this is the way management in this business works then why have sales man at all. Management in my opinion is not to its best and if I would be this company's owner I would definitely remove people that hurt my company instead of helping it from the business side of it and making the money come in. I'm a well educated OSHA representative and seen some incompetent people often in different businesses but this guy seemed to hate his Job definitely. POOR MANAGEMENT and POOR customer negotiations. Not pleased and certainly not happy and felt discriminated!! What a poor sad experience I had to go through and surely wouldn't recommend anyone working with this kind of incompetent management. I would still be interested in buying the motorcycle but only if I would have a good company representative make a deal with me same as the sales man helping me trying to negotiate.
