Was there for routine oil change and tire rotation and
Was there for routine oil change and tire rotation and had also scheduled to have them check seat heater which wasn’t working. It was about 6 weeks later that I noticed seat did not move up/down or forward/backward. I called and asked if this could be because they were under the seat working and perhaps something did not get reattached. Was told this was not possible and to “hammer lightly” on the motors underneath seat to clean the bushings. While attempting to do this found a wire harness hanging down. Found a place that looked like it matched and plugged it in. Seat now works just fine.
