I had a wonderful experience yesterday buying my new car. The salesman was Colton Anderson. From the moment I walked in the front door he made me feel welcome. He had a great attitude during the entire time. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He was very professional and accommodating. I would highly recommend Colton Andersen for your next car purchase.

Shady Sales Tactics!
Shady sales tactics! Tim, the Sales Manager leads the charge in telling you what you want to here; truth or not. Kyle the finance manager is new and already jumped on the band wagon and lied multiple times during our process. Finding the car is easy, but the deal and financing is where Deery and team get shady. If you know what your doing and ask questions, they lie to get what they want. Then you call then out and defense mode kicks in. Go somewhere else if you want fair business practice.

Worst dealership!!
Worst dealership. Been trying to get a 2nd recall done and they keep cancelling and nobody there communicates with each other! Get calls and emails from different people and they do not log the information!! Nissan is no help either!!

This rating is from a customer wanting the dealership to send a driver 160 mile round trip to pick their vehicle up for a recall at no charge. This is not a service the dealership offers free of charge. The dealership has offered to pick their vehicle up however they were informed they would be responsible for the cost. The customer then tried to use a Better Business Bureau complaint to extort free services from the dealership.
