Enrique was a refreshing sales-person. He was receptive, kind, and rolled with me at the pace and place I was at the entire duration of my buying process. That was greatly appreciated and is what earned and then kept my business.

KORE.
KORE. This man was unable to come to an agreement with my family on a trade in price. He used some aggressive sales tactics, however he was unable to meet on a trade in value. This was completely fine, its a process to agree on pricing. What earned a poor review was his mannerism's over the phone when we wouldn't agree on the values. He was rude to talk to when pressed. I offered a farewell "Talk to you later", to which he replied "actually you WONT. This conversation is over" The next day he called back to make a small counter offer. I addressed his comment from the day prior and he hung up..
