Great customer experience with Tom at Rotmans!
With the current new vehicle shortage, finding a vehicle at a fair price (not over MSRP) is challenging. I am glad Rotmans was recommended to us for new GMCs. Tom sold my family a beautiful new 2022 Terrain Denali and was honest, ethical, and not pushy at all. The trade price was good and it was a painless and dare I say fun transaction! Tom made it possible to put together a car deal when we weren’t even considering trading the vehicle that got traded in! He did so by offering fair numbers, being honest, answering all questions and not being pushy. The way Tom has treated us has gained two more sales with two more new GMCs (again at fair prices for new ones on order and the trades). We have bought at large dealerships before and will be back to do more business with Tom/Rotmans as working them is like dealing with friends!
