I really enjoyed the fact that I could work with a salesperson with whom I went to school with, grew up with, and, ultimately, trust to provide me the information I needed. Josie was both professional and personal in her conversations with me, as I would expect. We talked "shop" and also reminisced about the 'good old days' while waiting on paperwork to be completed. Josie answered all my questions, helped me understand the "new tech" in the vehicle. She also cared that I was happy with the choice, even having other options available similar to my first choice truck. She provided her cell # for any questions that may come up after the sale. Further, she helped me set up my GMC app on my phone, something with which I certainly needed assistance. I really can't say enough great things about Josie and her sales approach from initial email inquiry to final "selfie" together with the final sale. She's great, and I hope she sticks around; she knows the town, the people, and she's trustworthy - and that means A LOT.

I continue to work with the Deyarman Autogroup because the customer is a priority for Doug and all of his team members. This is the 3rd vehicle I have been purchased from Doug or his team and each time I have been treated like the most important customer in the dealership, wether I was buying a $5000 car for my kids or a new truck for myself!
