Never would waste my time again. Test drove a vehicle. Loved it! Got back from test drive and the vehicle was saying “shift to park”, they were going to fix it, I was very interested in buying this vehicle. The employee was very aware of that. She never once told me I should put anything down while it was being fixed, if I wanted to “reserve” it. I wanted to see a picture of what was fixed. Was told I would get it. Continued to have communication with employee about how interested we were. Vehicle got fixed yesterday. I got the text saying it was fixed. I did not receive the paper work after requesting it twice, while still responding how interested I was and that I would be most likely coming to get this Friday, after looking at the paperwork. I got a call today, telling me it sold shortly after it was put back on the lot. Never received a call to even let me know someone else was interested, never even given the option to buy. I live an hour and a half away. I wouldn’t have wasted my time had I known all this would transpire. Employee apologized over the phone and after I had text about how bad this was she called again, trying to offer me the same vehicle with higher miles but a “better package” at the same price for what they did. However this experience has made my car shopping experience a nightmare! There was a reason this didn’t work out!
