They Crashed my vehicle while in service wouldn't own up to it. Wouldn't show cams to prove it either. Stay away from their dealership for anything.

So angry and so disappointed with the process all around. I bought my car and found several things after purchase that were wrong (radio went to aux every time I hit a bump and sometimes when I didn’t, there was a loud rattling from under the car, breaks/rotors completely terrible - just to name a few). I immediately took it back to the dealer and my salesman rode in the car with me to hear the sound. He heard it and said it was “normal” for this type of vehicle and that the “suspension was adjusting to the road.” Well, on my third or fourth trip over a few months to have various things fixed (one of which they admitted was their fault) they found what the rattling problem was. I called the very rude used car manager Charles, who refused to pay for the issue even though I had told his salesperson about it and that person told me it was normal and I didn’t need to have it looked at. Shouldn’t I be able to trust my salesman? He essentially called me a liar when I explained that my salesman had ridden with me, saying “there are 3 sides to every story, yours, his and the truth.” Conveniently, my salesman doesn’t work there anymore so Charles couldn’t “verify” what I was saying. I explained that I wasn’t just trying to get free service as I had already put hundreds of dollars into the vehicle since I had bought it and didn’t ask them to fix it for free (as I’m aware that used cars sometimes need things fixed). He refused to listen and said he was “sorry.” I told him I didn’t feel he was sorry because it wasn’t his money that would have to be spent. He had the nerve to tell me it “basically” was his money because those repairs come out of his bonus/commission!! They still haven’t ever fixed my radio as I was promised while writing the check for my car. My parents and I have bought many, many cars from this dealership over the last 20 years. It wasn’t like this before. Save yourself some trouble and heartache and don’t bother with this dealership or their service department.

These guys just "get it". I was in a terrible situation and worried I would not be able to get out of a lease without a huge penalty. Not only did they get me in a newer car with less miles, my payment went down almost $150! I was shocked and more importantly, I was grateful. At no point did I feel pressured into doing something I was not comfortable doing. I'm sad to say I've been in the area all my life and this is the first time I have shopped at Fuson, but they have a customer for life!
