Exceptional Service
The Team at Erik's Chevrolet always provides us with exceptional service. In this instance, they made a special effort to pick up our new Silverado which had been ordered 7 months prior and was awaiting delivery. Outside of the delivery of our new truck, we always receive top notch service from our sales consultant and entire Erik's team. Uncertified Mechanics
They charged me $160 to diagnose and fix an issue I had with me car. They said that it was fixed but 3 hours later the check engine light came back on and problem was still there. Called and asked to speak with the service manager saying I had a complaint. I overheard the guy say I have a customer with a complaint and want to speak to the manager and they all started to laugh. I went on UTube and figured the issue out myself.
