I brought my 21 Silverado 2500 in a few months ago with
I brought my 21 Silverado 2500 in a few months ago with torque converter vibrations. They drove it for over a week at speeds exceeding 80 mph on multiple occasions according to my Chevrolet app, burnt half a tank of gas, and then told me they could not replicate the issue, though it happens every day for me. I brought it back last Tuesday because it is now more frequent and is beginning to shutter. I didn’t hear a word from anyone so I went in yesterday to check on it and he said again that they could not replicate. There is literally no communication. There is no concern for the customer’s time. And the issue is not resolved. This is why dealers have such a horrible reputation. The guy I spoke to in the middle desk at Service was noticeably grumpy and clearly irritated that I was there.
