Don't trust them.
Don't trust them. Don't buy from them. I set up an appointment in west Carmel, IN to look at a used pickup truck. That appointment got pushed out because the truck went to the service shop which wasn't a big deal, I would expect them to take care of any issues before I would buy it. When I emailed them to confirm my appointment (on the next day), I was informed that the used car manager had sold the truck while it was still in the service shop. This low bar of ethical business standards is not even close to their 4.+ rating.

It is true we take the safety of our customers very seriously and will not allow test drives until after our service department has deemed the vehicle ready. Sometimes trade in vehicles do not meet our quality standards and we do in fact wholesale them while they are in service. We make every effort to make sure we are selling a quality vehicle at a competitive price and if we feel that we cannot do so, we wholesale it. We will continue to search for a vehicle for you.
