It was not the best, kept telling me to make decisions on
It was not the best, kept telling me to make decisions on the spot, truck had issues and didn't want to resolve, added they were sending to auction next day. Even after I wanted them to look at issues. Told us they would come off price, but wanted to do the run around price game. Manager never came out! I had to walk away!

Hi Theodore, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Please accept our apologies that you're experience was top-notch. For whatever it's worth, we uncovered that the 2005 Sierra that you were looking at had some mechanical issues that we weren't comfortable with, which was the reason we had decided to send it to an auction. We only learned about them the day before. That truck was always listed as an "As-Is" vehicle, which means we don't even inspect those vehicles and try to keep a low price point on them. The price point being low wouldn't allow us much negotiating room to come off the price. We'll take your comments to heart and try to be better for customers moving forward in situations like this.
