I took my car in for an oil change, to check my left front tire and my check my service rear axle. I am here to tell you that Gjovik treated me with amazing customer service. The vehicle I brought in was not a Ford. Nor did I purchase it from them. It did not matter to them. They changed the oil for cheaper than any place I’ve ever had it changed, took the tire off the rim to repair the seal for cheaper than any place I’ve ever had it done,¿ checked the service rear axle with no action needed and reset the service error. They did NOT take advantage of me. They also informed me that my rear brake pads were almost completely worn. They said the front ones were in excellent condition. I know this to be true because My husband just replaced them last summer. After conversation with Him, he is working out of state, I authorized them to do the brakes as well. The price was very reasonable.¿¿ I am here to tell you how happy I am with Gjovik Ford. I highly recommend them for service on your vehicle. Worth the drive. Very reasonable!!! WILL NOT RIP YOU OFF!!
I worked with Shelley in Service. The system is auto picking sales sorry. Did not work with sales.

Everyone here was so nice to deal with. We found a car online with a great deal and came in to see the car. The deal was exactly as it was indicated online. The trade-in process also went smoothly for us. We were pleasantly surprised that GM allowed us to use the full amount of our credit from our GM card. We worked with Chris and Keegan and they were great to work with. Would start here if we were looking for another Buick.
