If you are looking for a small town dealership, you need look no further. Smoky Jennings Chevrolet in Palmyra, Illinois has the best customer service, They care about you as an individual. My sales person was John Shumaker. He sold me a 2016 Mustang convertible over the phone. He gave me a fair price for my trade in, We made a deal and I drove there from Kansas City, Missouri, approximately 300 miles to find the Mustang to be like new. Ever person I dealt with at the dealership was so friendly, courteous, professional, honest, and respectful. A very pleasant experience.. I highly recommend this dealership.

Customer Service
Smoky Jennings in Palmyra has phenomenal customer service. I went in for an oil change and was told the 4th oil change was free. I was shocked but pleased and when they brought my car around it had just been washed. Wow-I was impressed with their customer service. They continually exceed my expectations!!! Amazing employees and service!!!! As a side note, the woman I met while waiting was from Godfrey which is approximately 50 minutes away and she ALWAYS comes to Smoky Jennings because of the great service!!! We both appreciate great customer service and I know I'll will definitely buy my next vehicle there!!!
