My car went to service two weeks ago for vibration while driving. They balanced the system and there were no other problems. Two weeks later, my problems returned just as it was. I took my car back to dealership . This time there was more problems found and charge was going to be in excess of $700. I am unsure that technician pays enough attention to car problems. This problem should have been found two weeks ago and fixed. They offered to talk to survive manager as service adviser had nothing more to tell me. I refused that. This dealership forgot to put oil in my truck a year ago, when it went for oil change. As again, nothing was done after I took my truck for oil check. They kept paper trail and never reported anywhere. You never know what damage has happened to truck because of in-pet technicians and improper care. I have bought multiple vehicles from this dealership including my high country Silverado but I won?t be returning to this dealership anymore. I won?t be buying cars from them either. Taking my business somewhere else. I might change car brand altogether.
