Anyone else have major problems with their vehicle acting up, the work the service department told you they did, issues have told they were duplicated and come to find out they weren’t documented? Was informed by service manager Judd Potts an employee/employees weren’t documenting work was being done, parts were told replaced and not replaced or they just wasn’t documented, was told an employee was fired/let go for doing everything I said above and after couple years they told me no longer want my business. Have a 2022 Cadillac XT6, shutdowns while driving, anything digital shuts down, cruise control shuts off by itself, automatically switches driving modes by its self. Anyone have same issues? Anyone know an attorney to sue? Attorney general looking into everything as Marion motors general manager is also the GM representative who is responsible for making sure all factory warranty’s are followed and he absolutely isn’t doing that. I have audio recordings of Judd Potts admitting all this in audio recordings and just need an attorney to win and easy case or just help with the paperwork. Then going after the vehicle manufacturer as they said on recording they no longer helping get vehicle worked on even though under factory warranty bumper to bumper. Any information would be great in getting an attorney to take all paperwork I have and work with from my understanding with attorney general in this customer fraud case against Marion Motors and General Motors the manufacturer of the Cadillac XT6. Lastly don’t by from them or absur Arnold or Mercedes Benz or Marion il and pappys outdoor as all owned by David Arnold who knew all this was going on and didn’t fix/make it right. I’m not the only customer that the service department didn’t document service requests/issues there are many other people and their vehicles this also happened with.

Royce was great. Purchased a pre owned Chevrolet Trailboss. Everyone was nice and friendly. The whole process was easy. We love our new truck. Would definitely recommend!
