I rate this purchase as one of my top five during my lifetime. I was a long distance buyer (300 miles). They contacted me immediately after I sent my inquiry, I made an offer they countered with another offer, I was pleased with the price so I made the purchase. Gave a deposit over the phone, filled out the credit app electronically. They held the truck for me as I could not pick it up for another week. When I did arrive to take delivery I was ecstatic that the truck looked even better in person than it did in the photos. I would definitely buy from this dealer again. The only reason I don’t rate this as the absolute best buying experience is the extra price they add for something I would never buy. $498 for MULTI - this is for door ding protection, window chips, lost key replacement...etc,etc.

Initially our experience with Anthony Buick GMC was good. We traded in our vehicle for a Range Rover. At the test drive with Dave(car salesman), it was brought to our attention that the tire sensor had just come on due to temperature rises which is completely understandable. We purchased the vehicle later at night and then saw the next day that there was a small crack on the left side of the windshield (which is illegal to sell a vehicle with that). I go to use my winshield wiper and it is broken which punctures a hole in my windshield costing me $600 for a whole new windshield. My husband and I didn’t believe they would do much because we did not purchase the extra package for things like that. A month and a half after purchasing the vehicle our tire sensor has still not gone off. Finding out that the valve on my tire was SUPER GLUED by their mechanics to avoid correcting the ultimate problem. Leaving me to pay $250 for a new tire and valve. The tires were brand new when we purchased and are having to replace one of them because it is completely cracked on the inside making it undriveable. I called the dealership to speak with a manager and got someone who was completely careless and certainly not seeking to solve the REAL problem. Never met a more dishonest dealership. Very disappointed and regretful that we purchased our vehicle with them. They’re you’re typical car salesman. Only worried about what benefits them! Will never recommend them due to their lack of care for us as customers.
