Sales is great to work with. We have purchased 4 vehicles from Runde and feel like we had a great experience each time with a great price. However, service could use some work. They made our experience absolutely horrible keeping our vehicle for a month now with zero communication about the status of it. We have had to follow up for updates where we have continued to get the run around with the status of our vehicle and when it will be completed. We finally contacted GM to try to get an answer with the status of our vehicle and contacted someone higher up at the dealership who had no idea that our vehicle has even had an issue that it has been sitting there for a month not being serviced. At this point, I feel as if we have been lied to the whole time by the service writers and I don’t trust anything with my vehicle when I finally get it back. We chose to drive over an hour to give this dealership business but after this experience, we will be looking at other closer options if another issue arises that we need service at a dealership. This is unacceptable and before you take your vehicle to be serviced, be aware of taking it to this dealership.

Dealt with Geoff Barklow on a used GMC Sierra pickup. Was very easy to deal with and wasn't pushy at all like some dealership Ive dealt with. Had a great experience and extremely happy with my purchase.
