Horrible Experience
Recently purchased an SUV from this dealership in late November 2013. It has been my worst car buying experience. I have had things go wrong with the SUV and trying to get them to repair them has been horrible. They also promised me a $50 because my car was not detailed upon picking it up and they have never sent me the money. I have followed up numerous times with them but get the run around stating that they are sending it now, but the money never comes. I give up now and am just absolutely frustrated with the whole process. I would not purchase from this dealership again nor would I recommend any of my friends to buy a car from them.

We tried to make it right with the customer numerous times as she had buyers remorse. Took delivery of vehicle at closing time on Thanksgiving Eve after cleanup department had left for the holiday. 5 years ago and if you're in the market we are willing try make you happy.
