Tire issue while on the way to Florida

Another mom, our two boys were loaded down in my Chevy Yravers, on our way to a travel baseball tournament in Gainesville, Florida and just outside of Valdosta, when the tire light came on. We quickly got off at the next exit and while trying to decide which gas station/convenience store was the least sketchy, the other mom in the car spotted the dealership. The Lord provided and we were saved! Seriously, the guys at Prince were so calm and patient with some frantic baseball moms worried about the car, the tire, and making it safely to the tournament and back home to Lawrenceville, GA. I was terrified I was going to have to buy new tires right then, but no, it was a minor issue with the one tire. They fixed it and, not only did they not charge me, they refused to take the money I tried to give them. A lot of places would have taken advantage of our circumstances and insisted on selling us a tire package, needed or not, but not the guys at Prince. They were quick, caring and professional to strangers that were just passing through. I am so thankful for them.

Was greeted by Bobby West.... told him what we were looking for and he made it happen!!! Thank you so much... the staff and Bobby did not pressure us and this was the easiest car purchase we have ever encountered.... I would definitely recommend Prince Auto!!! Go see our new friend Bobby!!!¿¿

I came in to Prince Automotive's Outlet Lot this past October and purchased a beautiful 2010 Chevy Traverse. Joshua Lehman did an excellent job of making me feel welcomed and at ease the whole time. He answered all my questions and addressed everything as a very friendly professional. By the end of the process we were all laughing and talking like friends. Jacob Williams did an excellent job getting us a great deal and we were very pleased on the total outcome! I would HIGHLY recommend Prince Automotive's Outlet Lot Team for great customer service and a stress-free process. In fact, I have already told multiple friends and family members. Prince is our new go-to dealership!
