Pablo, Normally I know the correct response to your review would be something along the lines of "we appreciate the feedback and understand your frustration, etc", however in this case, I am well aware of the reason of your review. First, you have never been to Prince Automotive for any purchases. You are writing this review for your friend Joe Estivale, who I have spoken with several times today and yesterday. I have handled everything with Joe and I believe he will be satisfied with the outcome. However, Joe's hostility and cussing at me and my staff will not be tolerated. I kindly ask that you remove your review as you have never been to our dealership and have never done business with my company. That is only fair but after experiencing the behavior and threats of your friend makes me realize that you are also not a nice human.
