I visited Southtowne Chevrolet on 12/21 to address something in one of the tires on my Blazer - it needed to be plugged. Was advised that the hole was too close to the inner wall of the tire - I would have to purchase a tire. I was given a price for the same brand/size tire that is on my vehicle (Michelin Premium LTX, 235/55R20), & advised a tire would be ordered, for my return to the dealership on 12/26 to swap out tires. I called the morning of 12/26 to be told that the tire was never ordered. One service advisor said "the other svce advisor was supposed to order it". That svce advisor claimed they knew nothing about it. The svce advisor I was talking to said that particular tire was discontinued, but had 4 alternate tires in stock (which were more money: Michelin Primacy, 235/55R20), so I went ahead & told him I would purchase 2 of those, & needed an oil change as well, to which he advised to arrive around 4pm. On my way to Southtowne, I received a call from them advising they couldn't accomodate my needed service for that day & requested I return the next day. I told the svce advisor I was already on the way there - I couldn't wait another day. Upon my arrival, I advised the svce advisor that I was willing to wait for them to service my Blazer, which they were able to do by 6pm. Don't appreciate all of the drama & the fact that someone didn't do their job, which made it worse for those working on 12/26, & me....but I am thankful that my Blazer was able to be serviced. I typically don't have issues from the service dept at this dealership.

My salesman MJ was great, service and everything else was a nightmare. I will never be back here but thankfully after buying my car 5 months ago they finally did the repairs it needed so I don?t have to come back. Be cautious of the ones you do business with in here.
