Cronic Chevrolet Buick GMC

Brand new 2024 GMC Acadia Denali with some significant issues, all covered by warranty. Made an appointment two weeks ago for Cronic GMC to diagnose and make the needed repairs. Delivered the vehicle last evening. Mid-afternoon today called to inquire as to status. Service manager Walter told me no one had looked at the vehicle yet--that it had to "wait in line" several days before making it into their shop. I asked Walter what day they would actually look at the car so we could bring it back on that day. He stated, "Your Acadia has to sit here to hold its place in line. if it leaves, you go to the end of the line and start the waiting all over again." Total nonsense as we had made the service appointment over two weeks ago. And very disagreeable, argumentative, and without any degree of customer service focus.

I got a regular oil change and tire rotation for my new 2023 Buick Envision that I also purchased at the Cronic Dealership as well with Sam Miller as my salesman. I made an appointment and fortunately able to get in and get out in an hour or so. The service department was knowledgeable and courteous. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and thanks to the free wi-fi, I could also get some work done.

I bought my car from Cronic and had all my services done there, however the last two time I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation, upon arrival was told it would be two toe two and half hours before they could do it. I might have to go else were to get my oil changed. If you are not going to honor the scheduled appointment time then do away with making an appointment. I will not send you customers due to your lack of commitment to meeting your customers appointments. Take the appointment app of you page so we want be discouraged when we show up and told we have to wait two hours before they can get to you. Thank You
