Absolute nightmare to deal with!
Absolute nightmare to deal with! Arrived with a scheduled appointment to look at a vehicle and negotiate a trade in. waited in the empty lobby for thirty minutes until somebody arrived. The salesman David Hurley explained he had no knowledge of the interested vehicle in reference to features so we figured it out ourselves. Dealership had no knowledge of how to buy out a leased vehicle and we needed to make the appropriate calls to Ford to assist them. An agreed upon price was met two days later and the vehicle was to be delivered. A few hours before delivery Justin the sales manager and salesman David decided to not act upon the agreed upon price and change the price by 2500 dollars. They explained they put the initial information in incorrectly and now there was nothing they could do. Hands down the most unprofessional, uneducated sales staff and sales manager I have dealt with at a dealership. Do not waist your time!
