Do NoT purchase a vehicle from this dealer. We purchased a 2026 GMC truck in Oct. 2025 from this St Augustine GMC dealer and as of today, Dec 30, the title and tag issue remains. They mailed us paperwork regarding the purchase just the last few days and the temporary tag they mailed to us had already expired before they even mailed the packet…..we don’t see how they stay in business if they treat all their customers the way we have been treated. Way too many headaches for this truck. Not worth it. Richard and Ava Francis.

Stay away from Jack Hanania Buick GMC Brought my Camaro in for a oil change and was told the timing chain cover was leaking. Dropped off before Thanksgiving, got a call from service rep my service rep that my battery was dead and wouldn't hold a charge. When I dropped my car off all was good and my battery was new in Nov 24. I got a replacement battery and brought to their shop. I was told the car would be ready later that day. Service rep calls me and I go over to pickup my repaired car. Signed my paper work and proceeded to enter my car. Started her up to find out my stereo not working, and then I notice 2 fuses in my center console which were not there when I dropped my car off. I go inside to see Lindsey about this and she says, oh the tech removed them cause when he jumped your car the amp for the subs woofer was smoking. I'm like WHAT ? The tech comes over and states when he tried to jump the car the amp was smoking. He proceeded to show me. I was like what did you do to my car ? He said my manager told me I can't work on this as it's aftermarket. I was floored. Sub woofer amp fried. 8 channel amp fried, sub woofers fried, wifi fried, onstar speaker fried. Service manager states they are not responsible. $8000.00 worth of stereo fried by a tech, Took my car to another shop and they stated the jump must have been reversed or a higher than 12 volt was used. Long story short I got shafted. This place has always done my service work. NEVER again. Dropped a letter off for the general manager and not one peep from them. Stay away. Scanned the car and there was 44 faults some with voltage spikes. ZERO STARS
