I left the service department after paying a ridiculous amount of money on repairs only for it to BREAK DOWN a mile down the road. The service manager came out yelling loudly at me that it was all our fault, and charged me even more to fix the car. He was so demeaning that I literally say in their waiting room in tears with no one coming to speak with me. When I was called about my complain later, Mr. Council told me he would look into it and make it right, but then refused to return any of my contact attempts afterword. I will tell everyone I know not to go there. Belittling women and car repairs that dont last 5 minutes. Terrible.

The whole service crew is amazing and always goes above and beyond! I trust them with my car wholeheartedly.

Really Bad Experience at this dealership. The truck (used) was dirty when we initially test drove it and decided we wanted to purchase it. Not a great first impression, but it is what it is. We discovered a chip on the door molding. I asked that the service record of the vehicle be sent to me. They sent the experian version of car fax but never sent the service record. Jeez! We asked that the truck be super clean and this molding part to be replaced before we picked up the following week. Neither were done. When we arrived the exterior of the truck was FILTHY!!! Interior had been wiped and vacuumed but the outside was GROSS! Salesperson said it had just rained and that's why it is dirty (xx). We asked again for it to be detailed, which they reluctantly did. Said it would take about 2 hours. We agreed to wait. After 3+ hours, the car was finally clean and we were told she's ready to go. We left, only to discover 10 minutes into our trip, that the plates were not on the car yet. So, back we went. We had to make an appointment for service to replace the door molding the following week which took 4x longer than we were initially told. Now, a week later, we are getting a light on the dash that an oil change is needed (facepalm) after being told all of this was already done. All in all, I would NOT recommend this dealership. They seriously need to get their act together.
