Wonderful experience! Had my car towed from another repair shop that seemed shady. The other repair shop wanted to charge me outrageous price for unnecessary repairs whenever they got around to it. Dick Norris service dept fixed my car for a fraction of the price and very quickly. I am from out of state and it was a relief to have it repaired so quickly.

Great sales team and great service experience! We had an engine light go on and I called the service manager who requested we bring the truck in as soon as possible. We drove it right over and the problem was solved in about an hour. Great job at service!

The customer service at Dick Norris Buick-GMC was superb as always, and remains so even after the sale. Have been a customer there for both sales and service for over 17 years. They work hard to earn your business and to keep you as customer.
