I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Auto Nation Chevrolet. After purchasing a 2021 vehicle, it seems I've spent more time at the dealer than on the road. The service has been nothing short of frustrating. Recently, I had to tow my car in for repairs, and after three days, I am still waiting for a diagnostic. I've called multiple times to inquire about the status, and each time, I was assured that someone would get back to me. Unfortunately, that call has yet to come. The lack of communication and urgency is unacceptable, especially considering the significant investment I made in this car. I expected better service and support from a dealership of this caliber. I sincerely hope they can improve their customer service, as it currently leaves much to be desired.
