My husband, (Frank), and I bought a 2026 Buick Enclave ST
My husband, (Frank), and I bought a 2026 Buick Enclave ST with Super Cruise from Coggin Buick in Orange Park, FL (Jacksonville) yesterday and want to publicly say thank you to our hard working sales advisor, Holly Florez, for making it a great experience. From our first phone call to a lot of discussion with both Holly and her knowledgeable and helpful associate, Brian George, to a test drive and eventual purchase, the Coggin team was a pleasure to meet. They are real human beings. By the time we left, I was pretty well convinced Holly and I may be cousins from way back in the panhandle of Florida. Seriously, the company is excellent, Holly, Brian, Austin, and all the guys we were introduced to made us feel at home, and best of all, we drove away in a fine automobile that we feel is just exactly right for us. Highly recommend you look these folks up -- and say hi to Holly for us when you do.

I made a deal with a salesman Jake at this dealer for him
I made a deal with a salesman Jake at this dealer for him to purchase my 2022 Tesla Model S Plaid through the dealership so that he could turn around and purchase it himself with the ease of dealer financing. I spent nearly a week going back and forth with Jake to make sure the car was all that was expected. After agreeing on a price and having Coggin setup the paperwork so that I could ship the car at my expense to Jacksonville, he backed out less than 24 hours before the vehicle was due to be picked up. This in itself caused me to lose $550 for a non-refundable down payment in order to book the driver that would be transporting the car. Normally something like this would have nothing to do with the purchasers place of employment but in this situation Jake acted as a representative of Coggin and agreed to purchase the vehicle as Coggin. This entire transaction shows that this dealership and it's employees act in bad faith towards customers. I can only imaging the situation I would be put in if the car was already delivered to the dealer and he decided he didn't want it. This not only shows bad faith negotiation but I believe it is nearly unethical to treat someone selling a car in this manor.

Buyer beware!
Buyer beware! I bought a car from them out of state that they said had no issues and passed their inspection. I asked if they knew of any issues and they said no. The first time I filled the car with gas, it smelled like gas for days after I filled the tank. I took it my local GMC dealership and the car needed a new fuel pump and gas tank that cost $8,000. Do not make the mistake I did and buy a car from them.
