I purchase 2 cars a year. This is my first experience with Castriota Chevrolet...I shopped 4 other local Chevrolet dealers, and this was the EASIEST, most stress free purchase EVER, thanks to my sales person, Carol. Jeremy was great as well!

If you are not experienced in cars shopping they will take advantage of you. They are masters in playing games with the numbers. First they will let you go without a deal but after few days they will start calling you back to lure you in and offer a " better" deal. But there is no better deal. Beware of hidden fees as they specialized in hiding numbers. They wasted my time in three occasions, back to back. If they would spend a half of the time trying to make a deal instead of looking how to rip you off and take advantage of customers they would probably be more successful in sale. I'd never buy a car from this place.

Almir, We have been nothing but up front and honest in all of our transactions. We went as far as to send you an itemized buyers order with a detailed break down of every tax and fee itemized. You had agreed to this as it was the best deal you found after shopping at all of the other Chevrolet dealers for weeks. You then stated after the deal was complete you wanted 0% apr. This is available however you do lose some of the rebate. We did not hide anything, if anything we were overly transparent as you had stated you were having similar issues at all of the other dealerships in the area.

Great experience
I purchased a 2023 Malibu from Kenneth Enox on April 14th. He made the process so easy and friendly. He answered all my questions, gave me a test drive, and made everything so smooth and easy. I also worked wirh Robert Schopy for the financial part of the transaction. He also made it easy and friendly. He was easy to deal with and helped me through the process of purchasing the car. I drove away with a great feeling about the car and the entire process. Never felt like this before when I bought a car. Great people in sales and service and It really nice to know this dealer has great people.
