I was met promptly and courteously, they were able to get my vehicle diagnosed quickly and repaired within a few hours. The service writer made arrangement for an Uber and a rental car. I am thankful they were able to get mu vehicle repaired quickly and properly, HOWEVER, the repair was completed in right at 3 hours and the labor charge was $1,197. That is almost $400 per hour. I'm fairly sure that is what their labor book tells them the job will take, but a $1,500 bill for a thermostat replacement and system flush sent my head spinning.
