A Buick engineer was brought in to look at the problem. No one ever called me to tell me he had been there. Two months after my initial visit, I had to call to get an update.

Had a 7.
Had a 7.30am appointment, didn’t get service until 2.00pm, and nothing was done to the vehicle. Sat and watched many people come in after me leave before me.
