I WAS VERY PLEASE WITH DIXIE BUICK. RICHARD WAS MY SALESMAN AND I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE PLEASED, IT WAS ACTUALLY THE SMOOTHEST PURCHASE I HAVE EVER MADE. NO HASSLE. I WILL DEFINITLY RETURN TO DIXIE FOR MY NEXT PURCHASE.

I had a horrible experience.
I had a horrible experience. I went for a scheduled oil change. I asked approximately how long my appointment would take. I was told 15 minutes. I waited. After 45 minutes, I went to ask the status. I was told it just came off the lift and it would be about 15 more minutes to add oil and check tires. Another 45 minutes passed and my car still isn’t finished. By this time I am the only one left in the waiting room. I went to the cashier and asked. One of the tech guys even said wow you’ve have been here a long time. I still had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my oil change to be finished and my car brought out. No apology, no coupon for a future service, nothing. I will be taking my service elsewhere.
