I am a home nurse and need my car to visit patients. This dealership has always accommodated me and the staff in the service department treats me like family. Bruce the service manager is always on top of things and they just go out of their way to make sure I'm taken care of. I love this dealership's service department.

On 2/1/21 I received a call from Service Manager Bruce, he asked me to take down a Review that I posted about the Battery that was installed in my car. I told him that I was still waiting for another part that service ordered to put in my car. He was not happy about it. On 2/2/21 I received another call in the afternoon from Bruce about the Review that I posted. He started getting nasty with me. I told him that eversinse I purchased the GMC Terrain in 2012 there had been issues with service and the detailing crew and other issues like charging me for a battery that was supposed to be replaced free. I always had to wait until they fix it or bring the car back. I didn't write a review about those issues then. He said that if I didn't take the review down, that I should look for another Dealership. I said no until the car part was in and installed in the car. He stated that he was going to cancel the part that was ordered. He told me to look for another Dealership and not to comeback.
